Tom Wootten is an industry visionary in commercial real estate strategy and investment, and advises public, private, and non-profit sectors on key real estate decisions to bolster enduring operational and financial value. For over 30 years, Tom has advised Fortune 100 companies, municipalities, non-profits, trusts and Family Offices on complex real estate decisions, guiding strategic investment, negotiations, and joint venture structuring for $billions in investment globally. Most recently, Tom led Google’s +25 member global real estate strategic portfolio planning team through the C-19 pandemic, helping guide RTO, hybrid and long term real estate planning decisions for over 300k FTEs and contractors. Tom has a BA in American Studies from Yale College and a Master of Real Estate and Construction Management (with high honors, Beta Gamma Sigma and Sigma Lamda Chi) from the University of Denver. Tom was awarded membership to The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) in 2014, and earned Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) in 2014.
